This dealer should be rated 10 stars and not 5, I had one of the best experience when buying a car from this dealer.I want to give a special shoutout to Lewis who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient , answered all my question, no pressure sale, hand me the car keys to test drive on my own unaccompanied and with a full tank.The level of customer service and after sale was brilliant, been told to take the car to any garage if something goes wrong and they'll pay for it, also if I wanted the car to be serviced by BMW and not by them, that could have been sorted also , I think this does tells you a lot about them.I highly rate them, and would definitely go back to them to buy another car , literally you can't fault these guys.I wish most of the car dealers would be at the same level and to provide the same customer satisfaction but unfortunately is not case, so guys keep up the good work you're doing.If you are in the market for a new car do yourself a favour and check them out.

I recently experienced exceptional customer service by Lewis at Taw Motor Centre with the purchase of my new Audi Q7. I had been let down by 4 garages, 2 of them being Audi approved, after placing £99 deposits to secure the cars, to find out, within a few hours, that my deposit was gazumped and the cars were sold to other customers. I placed my £99 deposit with Taw Motor Centre without seeing any photos of the car and pleaded with Lewis not to sell it to anyone else to which he kindly assured me he wouldn't. And he didn't! From then on, the process to purchase the car was faultless. I received a thorough video of the car and was kept updated on when it was in and out for alloy refurbs, servicing etc. and Lewis even managed to get me photos on request even when the car wasn't on site. My husband and I then drove 4.5 hours to collect the car and we weren't disappointed. She is beautiful inside and out and I felt assured we were getting a beaut of a car even though I was slightly nervous about purchasing a car we hadn't seen in person or test drove. Something we have never done before. Lewis was incredibly knowledgeable about the car going through all the functions so I felt confident for the 4.5 hour drive home, gave me a full tank of diesel and a lovely bottle of Prosecco to enjoy when we finally got home! I can't recommend Taw Motor Centre enough and my black beauty was worth the 380 miles round trip. I'm even considering, when the time is right, to see if I can get my son a car from them too if there's one that takes his fancy!!

Nothing was too much trouble
From the moment we stepped on the forecourt we felt valued as customers. Gary greeted us politely and gave us time to explore the car we were interested in. There was no pressured selling, he even gave us time to decide before offering it to anyone else. Upon purchase day we were very excited. Gary unveiled our beautiful car and treated us with the same courtesy and respect as though we were buying one of his cars costing over a hundred thousand pounds. He had thought of everything even down to the icing on the cake- a bottle of wine so we could celebrate! I would not hesitate in buying from this dealership again .Thank you Gary and all your team!

Hi I would like to leave a review for Garry at TMCI have Doubt With Garry a few times,, He's very helpful, willing to help with anything and everything no problem, too big or too small, He always looked after me. I'll make sure I get the best deals available.After having problems with my previous car, he was happy to buy off me. You show me around a few cars that were on show for sale and I found one that I liked. He was happy to take my car as Px change., I was more than happy to put it through the Work Shop and make sure I've got a good deal. I couldn't be any happier. Great Service.
Great doing business with Lewis at TAW Motor Centre. Car was exactly as described. As part of their safety check before I collected, the rear break pads were found to be worn. These were replaced by TAW. Many others would not have gone to this detail. Highly recommended!

Got a very fair part ex price for my husband's car and he LOVES his new one from Taw Garage! Well worth the 2.5 hours each way on 2 days and the overnight stay.Would buy from Taw again in a flash.If you're considering a vehicle from there, don't even hesitate!

Leaving for a trip to Wales I suddenly heard a tapping under my car, as I was very near my usual garage (Taw) I went in to see if they could help with very little expectation as it was a Saturday. To my great surprise and relief the car was fitted with a new spring and I was back on my way in 50 minutes . Service could not have been better.
